Our first step was to focus intently on who the BPC is. We met dozens of staffers, read through the BPC’s prior qualitative research on their current site, and performed heavy online analysis of the BPC and their colleagues in the marketplace of political thought.
We arrived at several core findings about the intrinsic qualities of the organization and how it can best position itself for maximum influence. Most of all, we established a vision for the project that would guide us the rest of the way.
