Challenge

The client wanted to modernize the entire customer experience, update the look and feel of their site while retaining their brand story and sense of history. The site didn’t convey the sense of elegance of their product or provide the visitor with an easy-to-use experience, resulting in a lack of clarity for visitors and confusion for staff in following up on customer leads.

Solution

We rebranded the company and created a new site that retained the best of their story, tied it together with a new modern logo we designed and elevated the overall brand through design and color choices. With a deep discovery of site analytics, we made the structural site changes necessary to get visitors where they wanted to go with as few clicks as possible. 

We also created a custom product configurator, providing users with a general cost estimate and quick access to receiving a quote based on their configuration. This function served to both filter out those whose price point was a clear mismatch and qualify others, providing staff with the information needed to make their first point of contact with them a meaningful one.

Result

We better defined the brand’s identity while retaining the company’s sense of history, longevity, and personal touch by features including images and information about the employees who customers can expect to interact with. We created an elegant, updated, easy to use site with features that also allow visitors to experience product specifics such as the important vast selection of fabric choices.
