Before cantilever

AMEX asked us to transform a popular, but traditional employee newsletter from a one-way communication to a two-way, interactive community engagement platform for global HR employees to more easily connect, while staying within corporate brand guidelines and maintaining backwards compatibility with legacy browsers.

After cantilever

We created a modular website, allowing for ease of expansion and content curation across events, job openings and news feeds.

To increase conversation and access community feedback, Users could add their own community posts and share, like and comment on articles by others.

To support a key HR conference, we duplicated the site into a one-off instance for conference attendees to communicate and share stories.
